The beginning

A self-funded startup company extended an enticing offer, inviting me to join their ranks as a product designer for their mobile application. This innovative app sets out to revolutionize the property market, providing users with the utmost convenience within the cozy confines of their comfort zones. I eagerly embraced this opportunity because I'm a firm believer in personal growth, the willingness to make sacrifices, and the mission of helping organizations achieve their goals. Yet, upon my initial encounters with the team, the reality of our small group size sparked a few flickers of doubt regarding the product's journey to success. Engaging in game-changing dialogues with stakeholders

As a creative and business-oriented designer, I led my team in conducting stakeholder interviews to grasp Real Prop Company's business objectives. With three key stakeholders guiding the product's journey, we meticulously listened and comprehended each one's unique goals and objectives. These interviews unveiled crucial insights into the product's value proposition, the motivations behind offering it, its anticipated user appeal, the competitive landscape, and the aspects admired in competitors. In addition, we diligently identified internal and external constraints and evaluated project feasibility within the allocated timeframe and budget. Now, let's progress to the next phase of this exciting venture.

Crafting more than just a product – a product of genuine value.

As designers, we understand the benefits of user-centric designs, having a profound understanding of the users' needs, pain points, frustrations, and goals.

We took our first step by conducting market research, and we identified users' frustrations such as low image quality of properties, security, and privacy issues.

In order to gain more insights, my team and I decided to conduct user research. It's time to showcase my empathy skills by delving deep into the users' world.
